Vibrant schools. Excellent transport links. A community full of spirit. Breath taking countryside. A thriving economy. And one of the lowest crime rates in the country. Wiltshire offers all this and more – and we want you to experience it all.

Wiltshire is a place people are proud to call home. As England’s fourth-largest unitary council, we are blessed with stunning landscapes, rich heritage, and charming towns and villages. We have around half a million residents, including 30,000 military personnel, who mainly live in our rural and urban towns, with Salisbury being our thriving major city. Our county is home to two world-renowned heritage sites, Stonehenge and Avebury, and boasts half of its land as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.’
