Following an assessment by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in October 2025, the home received a Good rating across all areas, with inspectors highlighting the dedication of staff and the positive experiences of people and their families.
The report commended the home for keeping people safe through well-trained staff and thoughtful accessibility adaptations. Support plans are tailored to individual needs, and families described staff as caring, respectful, and committed to high-quality care. Professionals also praised the collaborative approach to planning and delivering support.
Relatives said people feel valued and listened to, and the strong management team fosters a positive atmosphere for both staff and residents. One family member shared: “She can’t wait, she counts it down and marks it on her calendar.”
