Congratulations to our Adult Social Care (ASC) service, which has received a Good rating.
This is a wonderful result and recognises the hard work of all of our staff since the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection began in April 2024.
The inspectors summed up their findings by saying: “People told us staff went above and beyond when working alongside people with care and support and their carers in Wiltshire.” They also mentioned “Good leadership”, an “always improving” ethos, and that promoting people’s independence was part of everyday practice.
Congratulations for all the hard work you’ve put in to achieve this rating. This is a great example of our High Performance Culture.
