Wiltshire Council operates 20 leisure centres across the county and offers a variety of good value, flexible memberships to suit the needs of everyone, with specific options available for juniors, seniors and those people eligible for concession rates. We have state-of-the-art fitness suites in many facilities, provide swimming pools in 16 of our leisure centres and provide a wide-ranging programme of group exercise classes in all centres, including the internationally renowned Les Mills programmes in many – with some centres providing access to virtual classes as well.

These roles are focused on supporting our Aqualetes swim school. We’re looking for fantastic teachers to provide children with a fun first experience of swimming, giving them the ability to enjoy the water safely, and helping them to develop the skills to be confident in the pool.
Helping us to deliver services on a day-to-day basis, our operations staff are instrumental in helping customers to access our facilities in a safe and enjoyable manner. Job roles in this area may vary, from working on reception to lifeguarding on the poolside or managing the building, but the key common factor to all these roles is providing great customer service.
