Interview
Short-listed candidates will be invited to a formal interview. This will normally involve an interview panel consisting of at least two Wiltshire County Council employees who will review your skills and experience against the job description and person specification using a series of questions.
For some posts you may be asked to make a presentation or sit a test. If this is the case you will be notified in your invitation.
To prepare for the interview, please read the job description and person specification and any supporting information provided carefully. If you are successful at this stage you will be sent a letter detailing an offer of employment subject to us completing satisfactory employment checks.
