Management Learning & Development
We run an innovative management and leadership programme, Manage2Lead, which incorporates different methods of learning from training courses, through coaching to on-line learning. This is based around our own Leadership Competency Framework which managers use to focus on their own development. We invest in our managers' development, including National Qualifications, because we know this is key to our success as an organisation.
Futhermore, all of our managers have access to an exciting on-line learning resource hosted by Ashridge. Through this site you can access pocket books, management journals, learning guides and relevant sites to support your learning.
