Sarah - Assistant Team Manager, Ongoing Support
Tell us a little bit about yourself – your work background, your interests..
Me and my Husband have (In my opinion) the best kids and although working can be a juggling act Wiltshire has enabled me to work part time with really good flexi policy that helps. I Love going away camping and going to the Bournemouth Air show – there is nothing like sitting on the beach with a 99 and Watching the Red Arrows! Also love spending time with my friends, family and my overly fluffy Cat. I also really enjoy helping people in my community in need, Oh and of course would never turn down a single malt or dairy milk! I enjoy reading (last year I read 26 books), listening to music and going to live gigs; both music and comedy (seeing Ed Sheeran, the Scummy Mummies and Kylie this year – don’t judge me!).
I have been an Occupational Therapist for 13 years and have worked in both Adult Social Care and Health during that time. I am now an Assistant Team manager in the SARUM area which I job share with a social worker. It is really interesting and challenging work. Working in Sarum and living on the Hampshire Dorset Border works really well for me and I love the drive in through the countryside spotting the wildlife.

The team, from the first day I met the team I knew it was going to be a great team to work in. There is good Flexi time policy that helps with the childcare juggling act and for me it is easily commutable and a beautiful county to work in.
